Andrea received her Bachelor of Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2018. In addition, in 2022 she completed a Master’s Degree in International Law, Business and International Relations from the Instituto Superior en Derecho y Economía (ISDE – Barcelona). Additionally, she has taken diplomas, seminars and workshops, in order to keep up to date in various areas of law, especially those related to her areas of practice.
She currently holds the position of Senior Attorney in the Business and Corporate Department. Her professional practice focuses on the areas of corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, tourism and tax exemptions, regulatory matters and foreign investment.
In her professional practice, she regularly advises national and foreign clients in the establishment of corporate structures in the Dominican Republic. In addition, he has represented foreign investors in the acquisition of real estate on the East Coast of the Dominican Republic. He advises developers of tourism projects in the management and obtaining of tax exemptions and the classification of projects before CONFOTUR.
