Luis focuses his practice on the Firm’s litigation area, covering the areas of civil law, commercial law, labor law and criminal law.
Luis received his Bachelor of Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2012. During his professional career, he has taken numerous courses, seminars and workshops in order to stay up to date in the different areas of law. While completing his Bachelor of Laws, he served as Ordinary Bailiff of the Second Chamber of the Criminal Court of the First Instance of the National District. Later, he was part of the legal team of a prestigious national insurance company.
He currently holds the position of Senior Attorney in the Litigation Department. His experience in the litigation area has allowed him to provide technical assistance and effective advice in judicial proceedings to various national and foreign companies, which are in different branches, such as the insurance sector, construction sector, tourism sector, among others, as well as to different individuals, in order to achieve a favorable outcome for the different legal situations that arise.
