Corporate litigator with more than 25 years of experience, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) . She has a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation from the same institution and a Master’s Degree in French, European and International Private Law from the Université Pantheon Assas (Paris II). She also has specializations in International Business, Contracts, Civil Liability, Labor Law, Economic Criminal Law, Arbitration and Mediation, among others.
She is co-author, with Dr. Rafael Duluc, of the book “Civil Evidence in a Social and Democratic State of Law.” She has also taught at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), Cap Cana Campus, and UCADE.
As a partner at the firm Duluc-Aybar & Corporán, she provides advice and representation to entrepreneurs and investors, both local and international, with an emphasis on litigation, business, corporate strategies and the classification of Tourism Projects before CONFOTUR. In addition, she founded the firm Duluc-Aybar & Rondón, which offers tax and accounting advisory services and the preparation of feasibility studies.
In addition to her legal practice, she is the director of the TV Higuey Television Channel and presenter of the program “Diálogo Jurídico”, where she addresses legal issues of relevance to the general public.
