Yessenia graduated from the Universidad del Caribe (UNICARIBE), obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2019.
She currently holds the position of Junior Attorney, focusing especially on Immigration Law, advising national and foreign clients on their various legal matters, such as their modification of immigration status to their naturalization.
In addition, she has extensive experience in the management and drafting of legal documents related to real estate transactions, including simple real estate transfers and those involving tax exemptions, as well as representing both real estate project developers and buyers, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
