Yordano’s professional career focuses on litigation within the scope of private law, with a specialization in Real Estate Law, backed by significant experience that includes a journey through various levels of the Judiciary until reaching the position of Assistant Attorney at the Land Court of Original Jurisdiction of Seibo. In addition, his competence covers key areas such as Civil, Real Estate, Commercial, Family and Labor Law.
Yordano earned his Bachelor of Laws magna cum laud e from the Universidad Central del Este in 2015, where he stood out for his academic excellence. He continued to expand his knowledge through the National School of the Judiciary, participating in specialized courses and workshops, such as: Reasoning, Argumentation and Structuring of Judicial Decisions; Constitutional Guarantees Block I: Habeas Data; Municipal Law; Administrative Management of the Court; and Institutional and Management Competencies.
Yordano is currently in the process of presenting his thesis to obtain a Master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD).
He currently holds the position of Senior Attorney in the Litigation Department. With more than a decade of experience both inside and outside the judicial system, Yordano provides legal advice to national and foreign clients in real estate, commercial and civil litigation.
