Founded in 2004 by former judges, Dr. Rafael Barón Duluc Rijo and Mr. José Raúl Corporán Chevalier, with offices established in Higüey and Punta Cana, La Altagracia Province. His practice has focused mainly on advising and providing legal assistance to investors and businessmen, both local and foreign, and in civil, commercial and criminal litigation.

In 2007, Ms. Maria Elena Aybar Betances joined the firm, bringing with her the novelty of providing comprehensive business advice to the client portfolio, expanding the Firm's practice areas. Duluc-Aybar & Corporán is a firm with twenty years of uninterrupted operation, which provides proven legal experience by imposing its personal seal on all the services it offers to its clients, bringing with it tradition and innovation to the Province of La Altagracia.
